- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Farmers - great product. Mr Kershaw - find another agent. Unresponsive to phone calls and emails. Got tired of that and complained to corporate. They helped me find another Farmers agent in Austin who optimized my policies to improve coverage and lower my premiums (without my asking). Answers phone promptly. Answers email promptly.
